About Gaslamp Lumpia Factory

"Welcome to the Gaslamp Lumpia Factory! As the only Pulutan Bar in San Diego, we are excited and honored to introduce a Nautical Steampunk Themed Bar, which offers Filipino-inspired cuisine to the downtown area. The focus will be on one of the most popular dishes of the Philippines - LUMPIA! These Filipino spring rolls are perfect delicacies to either enjoy with us in house or on the go, which is perfect for the pedestrian friendly streets of the Gaslamp. As the largest Filipino/Pacific Islander Population in the Continental U.S, California is a state of growing diversity. We believe now is the time to catch the wave to showcase a rich culture to a city which is on the verge of an inevitable industrial boom.""

Love the sinigang wings! Definitely coming back if I visit San Diego again!πŸ‡΅πŸ‡β€οΈ I wish there was more seating since a lot of people were ordering. Hopefully in the future!

First time trying Lumpia Factory, and it was phenomenal! We had the Chicken Adobo and a dozen Shanghai lumpia. Everything came out hot, fresh, and incredibly fast. They offer a wide variety of sauces, but my favorites were the Dragon Sauce and their house-made hot sauce. Jeff was our bartender, and he took great care of us. He answered all of our questions, made great recommendations, and provided outstanding service. We'll definitely be back. Maraming salamat! (Thank you very much!)

We truly enjoyed our lunch at Gaslamp Lumpia Factory. Contrary to the namesake, there are more than just lumpia offered here. From the tapa garlic rice bowl to the halo halo, everything we ordered was delicious! There is comfortable inside seating with artistic decor on the walls (super cool art work). The tapa garlic rice bowl and the longanisa garlic rice bowl were the perfect flavor without the β€œbadness” (such as dry tapa or ultra fatty longanisa). The sinigang was a great addition (perfectly made without too much tart). We were fortunate enough to try the new Halo Halo - delicious and beautifully prepared! When you look at the photos I included, Jeffrey is pictured holding β€œJeffrey’s Signature Halo Halo.” Jeffrey is friendly, anttentive, and provided great timely service! For all the foodies - this place is a MUST TRY when you visit San Diego Gaslamp!

Total Mom and Pop feeling and vibe. Food was amazing great, garlic rice had large garlic cloves in it which i loved. Red Horse on tap really help bring the experience home of taste of the Philippines. Ambient music playlist from youtube gave me chills mixture of filipino pop songs and nostalgic karaoke vibes. Had the chicken Lumpia and beef Lumpia and beef sitaw over garlic rice Jeffery was super attentive and engaging and the food came out quick and i enjoyed it all. This Fil-Am will definitely be back to try more food items

Went for lunch on a Wednesday in December. The server was very friendly and attentive. I had the beef lumpia appetizer which was pretty good - crisp and came with a nice sweet sauce. The chicken adobo entree was quite bland - added a bunch of salt and pepper and hot sauce - but still not very enjoyable in my opinion. I wanted to try the Maganda Forever but they were out of coconut, so had the house special Calamansi Margarita - also not a fan of this one. The interior decor of the place is pretty nice. They don't have lots of indoor seating - probably space for 10 people on the main tables.
